A little bit about us

Senior creative team Jo Ridley + Alexia Vasilarou have worked together for Boots, Dove, Coca Cola, Comfort, CeraVe, EE, Hellmann’s, Heinz, Ibis, Johnnie Walker, L’Oreal, Lancôme, Mars, Merrell, Paco Rabanne, Unilever, Visa and Waitrose at agencies including Ogilvy, Revolt, Saatchi & Saatchi and VMLY&R. They enjoy combining creative and strategic thinking to make culturally relevant work.

Jo grew up in East London, studied at Central St Martins and has been in the creative industries for the past 17 years, including as promo director for BBC (Fleabag) 4Creative (Skins, Shameless) and ITV. Outside of work she’s curated art for Vans, written poems about partying, branded beer for fan owned football club United FC and become a yoga teacher.

Alexia grew up between Athens and Mykonos, Greece. She studied Graphic Design at Shillington College before going to Miami Ad School to specialise in Advertising. Her agency experience includes Fallon London, GS&P San Francisco, TBWA Singapore and AMV BBDO for clients including AXA, Skoda, Doritos, Ebay, Hope For Children and Cadbury. She has lived all over the world and brings endless positivity, energy and enthusiasm to life and work. Her side projects include work with UK Pride and taking photos, some of those can be found here. She dreams of being able to shoot with puppies one day. Or Beyoncé.
